How can I be sure you will do a good job for me?
Our team understand that to retain your business and grow our own, we have to deliver a quality service on time, every time. We think that we manage this, and the fact that 50% of our new business comes from existing client referrals suggests that this is the case. We provide a feedback questionnaire for every client, and we welcome constructive criticism so that we can continually monitor and improve our service.
Will HMRC be suspicious if I change Accountants?
No! Clients can decide to move accountants for a variety of reasons. HMRC understand this and it will have no detrimental effect whatsoever.
How can a firm based so far away help me?
We already provide our service to hundreds of clients just like you. Northern Ireland is part of the UK, and all of our accountants are fully qualified in all aspects of UK taxation. It’s not where we are, it’s what we do that counts! A recent survey found that 50% of small businesses expect to be making use of online accountants within five years, rising to 90% by 2020.
